During Month “M + 1” we take over the management of Bol.com advertising campaigns. The previous month, month “M”, is the reference month. In month “M + 3” the Advertising Sales Index is at 277 on average, up from 100 in month M. This means that sales generated by advertisements went up by 177% on average. In that same period the ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales), went down from 17% to 12%. This represents a decrease of 28% on average.
– These figures represent the average of the first 10 customers advertising via DeepCliq which have a monthly advertising sales volume below €50,000 (to avoid distortion of the figures by larger accounts).
– By no means do these figures represent any kind of guarantee. Every situation is different and the spread in performance data is substantial.
– “Advertising Sales” is defined as the revenue (or: Conversion Value) resulting from advertisements as registered by Bol.com.
– “Advertising Cost of Sales” (ACoS) is defined as: advertising expenses paid to Bol.com divided by the corresponding ‘Sales’. For instance, if a seller spends €20,- on advertising to generate €100,- in Sales, then the ACoS is 20%.
